How To Order

For bespoke work, please get in touch either by phone, or via the contact form, and we'll get back to you promptly. We can schedule a site visit and provide you with an estimate, allowing you to make an informed decision about proceeding.

Delivery & Fitting

Delivery cost will be calculated based on your order details, and included in your quote. We offer complimentary installation for smaller pieces of furniture, such as mirrors and tables. For larger furniture or joinery items, there will be an additional fitting fee. Rest assured, we will provide you with a quote for the entire job before you place your order.

Lead Times

Our standard lead time for bespoke items is typically 6-8 weeks, although this may vary depending on the complexity of the project and our current workload.

Finish

Our internal pieces are given two coats of Osmo Polyx, followed by a final coat of wax. For external work, we use Osmo Exterior. We also offer decorating for painted products.
